FAQ

WHAT IS RAW DAIRY?

At Raw Dairy Club, we see raw dairy as more than a product — it’s whole food nutrition in its purest form. Unprocessed and farm-direct, it retains its naturally occurring vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and beneficial bacteria. By sourcing fresh from small Florida farms that care for the land and animals, we’re helping revive a more honest food system — one rooted in transparency, tradition, and ancestral nourishment.

By accessing and using this website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in our legal disclaimer and liability waiver. Please read carefully before proceeding.

This website provides information about raw dairy products. Consumption of raw dairy carries certain risks, and by using this site, you accept full responsibility for any consequences.

Purpose and Scope

Raw Dairy Club (“RDC”), a registered DBA of Oso Miel LLC, is a Florida-based business licensed under the Florida Feed Master Program to sell raw dairy products labeled and distributed solely as pet feed.

All RDC products are intended for animal consumption only and are not for human consumption as defined by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

1. Nature of Products

RDC sources raw dairy and other farm-direct products from licensed Florida producers.

Products are minimally handled, unpasteurized, and may contain natural bacteria or microorganisms inherent to raw agricultural products.

All packaging clearly states:

“FOR ANIMAL CONSUMPTION ONLY. NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION.”

By purchasing from RDC, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these terms.

2. Acknowledgment of Risk

  • Raw, unpasteurized dairy products may contain harmful bacteria such as E. coli, Listeria, Campylobacter, and Salmonella.
  • Regulatory agencies (FDACS, CDC, FDA) warn that the consumption of raw dairy by humans may cause serious illness or death, especially in infants, children, pregnant women, the elderly, or those with weakened immune systems.
  • If you choose to handle, store, or use these products for any purpose other than animal consumption, you do so voluntarily and at your own risk.

RDC disclaims all responsibility for any illness, injury, or loss arising from misuse or misrepresentation of these products.

3. Handling & Storage

To maintain product integrity for its intended animal use:

  • Keep products refrigerated at or below 38°F.
  • Do not leave raw dairy unrefrigerated for extended periods.
  • Follow all handling, freezing, and thawing guidance provided by RDC.

4. Limitation of Liability

By purchasing from RDC, the buyer agrees that:

  • RDC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, illness, or damages—direct or indirect—arising from the possession, use, or consumption of RDC products.
  • RDC’s liability, if any, shall be limited to a refund of the original purchase price of the affected product.
  • RDC provides no warranties, express or implied, regarding the safety or fitness of products for any unintended use.

5. Indemnification

The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless RDC, its owners, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from misuse or unintended consumption of RDC products.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any dispute arising from the purchase or use of RDC products shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

7. Customer Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase, subscription, or order through Raw Dairy Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this disclaimer and waiver.

You affirm that all RDC products will be used in compliance with Florida Feed Master regulations and for animal consumption only.

Yes. Nutritional values may vary slightly depending on the animal’s diet, the season, and farm-specific practices. These estimates reflect typical values for small-batch, grass-fed raw dairy products.

Yes—in Florida, raw dairy products can be sold for animal (pet) consumption. Retail sale for human consumption is not permitted. We operate under Florida’s feed/pet-food rules and label all products “Not for human consumption.”

We deliver every Friday to Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties. On delivery days, you’ll receive text and email updates with your driver’s route and estimated arrival time.

We have a one box order minimum (5 items) for all deliveries to help cover cold storage, transport, and handling costs. This ensures each route stays efficient while keeping products fresh and accessible.

Our weekly order cutoff is Tuesday at 6:00 pm ET. Any new orders, changes, or cancellations must be made before this time for the upcoming delivery or pickup.

All payments are processed securely at checkout through our website. Subscription orders are only processed with each box order after the cutoff.

Our delivery routes are currently focused in South Florida.

If you’re outside the zone, you’re still welcome to place a pickup order or join our list to be notified as we expand.

Customers can subscribe to receive regular deliveries of farm-fresh dairy and eggs, with the option to choose from our preset bundles or curate a custom box. Subscribers can select either weekly or biweekly deliveries to fit their routine. Orders repeat automatically based on the chosen schedule and can be edited, skipped, or adjusted anytime before the delivery cutoff: Tuesdays at 6:00 pm ET.

Because we source directly from small Florida farms, availability may vary week to week. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we’ll notify you right away and issue a refund or offer a replacement option. Our goal is always to keep you updated and make sure your order arrives as complete and fresh as possible.

Because we work directly with small, local farms, each delivery reflects the rhythm of the land and the farmers’ milking schedules. At times, certain products may rotate or come from different partner farms — always selected for freshness and quality. This way, every box supports family farms, honors natural cycles, and brings you the most honest expression of local dairy every two weeks.

Our products are sourced fresh from small, family-run farms in South Florida. We partner only with farmers who pasture-raise their animals, prioritize animal welfare, and follow organic, sustainable, and chemical-free practices. Our eggs come from hens that roam freely on open pasture and are fed a USDA certified organic, corn- and soy-free diet. By working directly with these trusted farms, we provide raw, unprocessed dairy and fresh eggs that are transparent, trustworthy, and truly farm-direct.

Because our products are highly perishable and must stay cold, we ask that someone is home to receive your delivery during the Friday window. As soon as your box arrives, please bring it inside and refrigerate all items immediately to maintain freshness and quality.

If no one is home at the time of delivery, your order will be left at your door and must be refrigerated within a few hours. Raw Dairy Club cannot replace or refund items that spoil after drop-off, so please plan accordingly to ensure someone is available to receive your box.

Because we follow our farmers’ production schedules and everything is ordered and bottled fresh, we’re unable to reschedule deliveries after the weekly cutoff (Tuesday at 6:00 pm ET). If you need to make changes to your order or delivery, please reach out before the cutoff or log in to your account to make adjustments.

Yes! At checkout, select the pickup option to collect your order at our Hialeah hub on delivery days. Customers picking up will not be charged a delivery fee.

Please bring your own cooler and ice packs to transport your dairy cold.

If an item is missing from your order, please let us know within 24 hours — we’ll make it right with refunds, credits, or next-delivery adjustments. Please text (949) 400-0114 or email us at hello@rawdairyclub.com. However, due to our made-to-order operation and the nature of our highly perishable products, we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements if your order spoils after delivery. We appreciate your support in helping us keep things fresh, small-batch, and fair for everyone.

HANDLING YOUR DAIRY
