They spend their time doing what cows were born to do: graze, roam, and rest beneath the shade of live oaks.

The Alday family handles every step themselves — milking their own cows, bottling onsite, and never outsourcing — which means full transparency and total control over quality. Their pastures are organically fertilized and their entire operation is guided by regenerative, organic principles.

We work with Alday because they’ve committed to a 100% grass-fed program for the health of their cows, the land, and the purity of their products we're proud to share with our community. Their raw milk is rich in natural omega-3s, balanced in fatty acids, and as fresh and creamy as it gets.
