Our Why
Raw Dairy Club began with a simple problem: we couldn't find a reliable, convenient way to source raw dairy products in Miami. What started as a personal frustration turned into a larger realization — many people want access to nutrient-dense, unprocessed foods but don't have a direct connection to local farms.
Modern food systems have made it increasingly difficult to source food with integrity. We’re told convenience comes at the cost of quality and ethics must be sacrificed for scalability.
RDC exists to challenge that narrative.
Our mission is to make this level of quality — raw, small-batch, grass-fed dairy — accessible to the entire community through convenient home delivery. In doing so, we support small Florida farmers who treat the land and animals with care, transparency, and respect. Farmers who still farm the way it was always meant to be done.
But RDC is about more than dairy
It’s about reclaiming our sovereign health. It’s about reconnecting with a supply chain we can feel proud to participate in — one that nourishes our bodies, supports our local economy, and rebuilds the broken relationship between people and their food.
We are the antithesis of industrial agriculture. Where factory farms prioritize profit, we prioritize nutrient density, environmental responsibility, and the ethical treatment of animals.
Our modern world has distanced us from the origins of our food. Raw Dairy Club exists to bring that connection back — a return to ancestral nourishment, delivered with modern convenience.

CONNOR GAUGHAN
Founder of RDC
Connor didn’t set out to be the guy who talks about raw milk at dinner parties — but here we are.
After years in the beverage industry and a personal journey into holistic health, he launched Raw Dairy Club to reconnect people with the real, living foods our ancestors relied on. His mission? Make small-batch, grass-fed raw dairy easy to access in modern life — no spreadsheets, group texts, or weekly milk runs required.
He lives in Miami, loves a cold plunge, and enjoys catching up with friends over good coffee or a walk in nature.
