Why Sunday and not Friday?
The Keys run is a dedicated route down US-1, separate from our mainland Friday deliveries. Sundays let us plan the whole day around the Keys, keep the cold chain tight, and get your box to you at the freshest possible point. On weeks with a larger route volume we may run Saturday instead of Sunday — you'll always know your exact delivery day ahead of time.
Is raw milk legal in Florida?
Yes — raw milk is legal to sell in Florida when labeled for animal consumption, which is how our farms sell it. Read our full guide to Florida raw milk laws for the details.
How long does raw milk stay fresh?
Refrigerated at 38°F or below, raw milk stays fresh for 10–12 days. Kefir and yogurt last even longer. We deliver on Sunday so you get a full week-plus of freshness.
What if I'll be out of town on delivery day?
Log into your account and skip that delivery — free. You can also change your delivery day, pause your subscription, or swap items in your box up until Tuesday 6 PM ET.
