Raw Heavy Cream (Cow)
1 quart
Farm: Redland Dairy Farm

Ingredients: raw heavy cream

A2/A2 Protein. Redland Dairy's Jersey herd produces 100% A2 beta-casein milk. Many people who don't tolerate conventional milk find A2 easier to digest — it lacks the A1 protein variant linked to bloating and gut discomfort.

Our raw heavy cream is the rich top layer of fresh cow's milk — separated naturally and bottled with nothing added. Drawn from a Jersey-only herd at Redland Dairy Farm, where higher butterfat is a hallmark of the breed, this cream is luxuriously thick with a clean, sweet finish that conventional pasteurized cream simply can't match.

Because it's never pasteurized or homogenized, the cream retains its naturally occurring vitamins A, D, E, and K2, plus the enzymes and beneficial fatty acids that high-heat processing destroys. Whip it for desserts, pour it over berries, fold it into coffee, or use it as the starting point for homemade butter or crème fraîche.

Raw Heavy Cream (Cow)
1 quart
Farm: Simon's Farm

Ingredients: raw heavy cream

Old-fashioned country cream from Simon's Farm — skimmed by hand off the top of fresh raw milk and bottled the same day, the way it was done before homogenization made everything uniform. Every batch varies a little in color and thickness depending on what the cows have been grazing that week.

Because it's never pasteurized or homogenized, the cream keeps its full fat structure, fat-soluble vitamins, and gentle sweetness — the kind of density you can feel on the spoon before it hits the pan. Ideal for culturing into butter, whipping by hand into soft peaks, thickening a sauce, or spooning over fresh fruit.

Raw Cheese (Goat)
7 oz
Farm: Erinwood Farms

Ingredients: raw goat's milk, vegetable rennet, culture, spices

Naturally A2. All goat milk is A2 by nature — goats produce only A2 beta-casein, never A1. This makes goat dairy a gentler option for people sensitive to conventional cow milk proteins.

Onion, garlic and chive stirred through a soft chèvre base — savory, aromatic and the most immediately snackable of the four. Excellent on crackers or warm bread, or stirred into hot vegetables to melt into a quick sauce.

A goat dairy, and only goats. Erinwood Farm sits in Southwest Ranches, Florida, where Jennifer Dachton has raised goats since 2000 — a small, hand-tended herd where every animal is known by name and herd health is independently verified each year. Goats are not a sideline here alongside cattle. They are the whole farm, and twenty-five years of that shows up in the milk. Meet the farm →

Our farm-fresh eggs are always naturally unwashed, unbleached, and unpasteurized.

Farm-Fresh Quail Eggs
18 Count
Farm: Redland Dairy Farm

Ingredients: quail eggs

Small eggs, big flavor. Our quail eggs come from Redland Dairy Farm, where the quail are raised with the same care as their hens and fed the same USDA certified organic, corn- and soy-free diet from New Country Organics — formulated with extra protein for these smaller, faster-growing birds. Each speckled shell holds a rich, creamy yolk that makes up more of the egg than in a chicken egg — and, ounce for ounce, quail eggs carry about twice the iron and riboflavin and roughly a third more vitamin B12. Collected fresh in small batches, they're a simple way to add more nutrient density to your week.

Three to four quail eggs equal one chicken egg. Soft-boil them for salads and snack plates, fry them for toast and rice bowls, or pickle a jar for the week. They cook fast — about 2½ minutes for a jammy yolk, 4 minutes for hard-boiled.

Our farm-fresh eggs are always naturally unwashed, unbleached, and unpasteurized.

Wildflower Honey
18 oz
Farm: La Finca del Nene

Ingredients: raw honey

Raw, unfiltered, and never pasteurized — this wildflower honey comes from La Finca del Nene, a small family farm in the Redlands, with hives set among the coastal, tropical, and native blooms of South Florida and the Keys. The bees gather from whatever is flowering that week, so no two harvests are quite alike: the color shifts from pale gold to deep amber, and the flavor carries real floral depth with a clean, lingering finish. Nothing heated, nothing filtered, nothing added.

Because it is raw, it keeps its natural pollen, enzymes, and antioxidants intact — and because it is local, it carries the pollens of the plants growing around you. A generous 18-ounce jar, bottled in small batches.

Stir a spoonful into our raw Greek yogurt or kefir, drizzle it over farm cheese, or sweeten your morning coffee with something that actually tastes like the place it came from.

Raw honey may crystallize over time — that is a sign of the real thing. Set the jar in warm water to return it to liquid.

Meet the farm →

Black Mangrove Honey
18 oz
Farm: La Finca del Nene

Ingredients: raw honey

One of Florida's rarest honeys. Black mangrove (Avicennia germinans) grows only along the state's southern coasts and the Keys, rooted in brackish, tidal water, and it blooms for just a few weeks in early summer. La Finca del Nene's bees work those coastal blossoms during that short window, and the result is a honey unlike anything from inland hives: light in color, smooth and silky in texture, with a delicate sweetness and a soft, almost saline finish that tastes of the coast itself.

Raw, unfiltered, and never pasteurized, with its natural pollen, enzymes, and antioxidants intact. Because the bloom is brief and the harvest is small, this is a limited variety — when a season's supply is gone, it is gone until the mangroves flower again.

Pair it with our fresh farm cheeses, spoon it over raw Greek yogurt, or keep it for the table, where its lightness lets everything else shine. An 18-ounce jar, bottled in small batches in the Redlands.

Raw Local Honey
10.5 oz
Farm: Paradise Farms

Ingredients: raw honey

Our raw local honey is small-batch, hand-packed, and never heated or pasteurized — bottled essentially as it comes from the hive. Cold-extracted to preserve its full spectrum of natural enzymes, pollen, and antioxidants, it carries the character of the South Florida landscape where the bees forage. Amber, floral, and slow to crystallize, each jar reflects the season it was harvested. A single ingredient, minimally handled, straight from the frame.

The perfect complement to our raw Greek yogurt — a spoonful stirred in turns breakfast into something worth slowing down for.

Simon's Bee Pollen
8 oz
Farm: Simon's Farm

Ingredients: raw bee pollen

Our bee pollen is hand-harvested from Simon's Homestead hives, where the bees forage freely on South Florida wildflowers, palms, and citrus blossoms. Nothing heated, nothing filtered, nothing added — the granules are collected, cleaned, and jarred straight from the hive, preserving the full spectrum of protein, amino acids, B-vitamins, enzymes, and antioxidants that pollen is known for. Color and flavor shift with each harvest, reflecting whatever the bees have been visiting that week.

A spoonful stirred into our raw yogurt or kefir turns breakfast into something worth slowing down for. Start with ½ teaspoon a day and work up — traditionally taken to support steady energy, immunity, and gentle resilience to local pollens.

Note: contains trace pollen; those with severe bee-sting allergies should start small. Keep refrigerated for peak freshness.
