Fort McCoy Ranch raises their herd 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, without grain, hormones, or antibiotics, letting the animals grow at nature's pace. Each strip is hand-cut, individually vacuum-sealed, and flash-frozen the same day to lock in flavor and texture.

Processed on site, never shipped off. Fort McCoy runs its own USDA-certified facility on the ranch — no hauling to a distant plant, no months held in a feedlot. Cattle stay on their pasture until the day of processing, which means less stress: more humane, and better meat for it. Processing runs weekly, under their own quality control from pasture to vacuum seal.
