A2/A2 Protein. Redland Dairy's Jersey herd produces 100% A2 beta-casein milk. Many people who don't tolerate conventional milk find A2 easier to digest — it lacks the A1 protein variant linked to bloating and gut discomfort.

Our raw heavy cream is the rich top layer of fresh cow's milk — separated naturally and bottled with nothing added. Drawn from a Jersey-only herd at Redland Dairy Farm, where higher butterfat is a hallmark of the breed, this cream is luxuriously thick with a clean, sweet finish that conventional pasteurized cream simply can't match.

Because it's never pasteurized or homogenized, the cream retains its naturally occurring vitamins A, D, E, and K2, plus the enzymes and beneficial fatty acids that high-heat processing destroys. Whip it for desserts, pour it over berries, fold it into coffee, or use it as the starting point for homemade butter or crème fraîche.
