Raw, unfiltered, and never pasteurized — this wildflower honey comes from La Finca del Nene, a small family farm in the Redlands, with hives set among the coastal, tropical, and native blooms of South Florida and the Keys. The bees gather from whatever is flowering that week, so no two harvests are quite alike: the color shifts from pale gold to deep amber, and the flavor carries real floral depth with a clean, lingering finish. Nothing heated, nothing filtered, nothing added.

Because it is raw, it keeps its natural pollen, enzymes, and antioxidants intact — and because it is local, it carries the pollens of the plants growing around you. A generous 18-ounce jar, bottled in small batches.
